The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine resolved to propose the President of Ukraine ensuring of the constitutional procedure implementation regarding the inuring procedure of the Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On State Budget of Ukraine for the Year 2009" and certain other Laws of Ukraine" from the 21 August 2009 №1608-VІ urgently making the text of the Law with the President of Ukraine public.
Moreover, it proposes the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine should for the part four of the article 94 o the Constitution of Ukraine make public and publish under his signature the Law "On State Budget of Ukraine for the Year 2009" and certain other Laws of Ukraine" from the 21 August 2009 №1608-VІ" in case the President of Ukraine in three-days term does not make it public.
